To us, creating a custom Makeup and Hair look means creating a custom experience for each of our clients. It's the way we know how to make you look and feel your absolute best. We have found that our clients have some questions prior to working with us, and this helps to answer some of them. Here is what you can expect when you work with us.

  • 1. Inquire

    Ready to get started? Of course you are! Inquire through our website contact page. We can't wait to get the ball rolling and learn more about your plans!

  • 2. Our Packages

    When we receive your inquiry, we will send over a list of our Packages and a la carte pricing. If your budget aligns with our services, please respond with 3 dates and times that are convenient for a call so we can learn more about you and your wedding day. Check your spam within 48 hours..sometimes this can get lost if we aren't in your contacts!

  • 3. Call Time

    Once we solidify a time for a chat, we will give you a call to discuss details!

  • 4. Let's Chat

    This is where we will discuss any questions you have about our services, and we can get to know each other and narrow down the package and service options that work best for you and your party. We will construct your proposal and agreement based on your choices and send it over!

  • 5. Proposal & Agreement

    We will then follow up with a proposal based on your needs, an agreement, and invoice. We require a verbal confirmation that you would like to move forward with our services. From here, you can sign the agreement as well as secure your spot with a $100 non-refundable retainer. Your proposal will be active for 2 weeks after being sent. No dates are held without a signed agreement and paid retainer. If you need us to re-activate your proposal, please reach out and if your date is still available we can re-activate it.

    * You'll get your very own client file to store all forms, documents and email correspondence that may be accessed at any time.

  • 6. It's Official

    You're an MKleinman Bride! You'll receive an email from us stating you've been booked. We can't wait to make your wedding morning such a memorable one!

To show our gratitude for booking our team, we include our exclusive wedding skin prep tips, our personal vetted referrals to other beauty professionals to help get you wedding ready and tips for a stress free wedding day. These will all be sent to you leading up to the big day, and our Brides love that they feel more prepared than if they hadn't had us for some extra help!

Timeline

  • Makeup & Hair preview

    Within three months of your wedding date, we will meet your Artist and Stylist for your makeup and hair previews to discuss exactly how you envision looking and feeling on your big day. Read our preview info and tips for more about a smooth preview process. Read our FAQ!

    Maggie will discuss timeline specifics with you and your planner, if applicable and help you create a timeline for our services.

  • Checking in

    We like to check in with our Brides periodically to make sure nothing has changed. This keeps us organized as well as gives you a piece of mind that we are still around for any questions you may have.

    We will send out emails leading up to your wedding day with exclusive and essential info for you and your bridal party on how to prep for the big day.

    Maggie will follow up the week of your big day to re-confirm all details such as location, timeline, etc. and remind you of any final payments that need to be made.

  • The Big Day

    Your Artist (s) and/ or Stylist(s) will arrive 15 minutes prior to the first appointment to set up and have everything prepared for a stress-free, fun and relaxed day! We save lips for last since we know you’ll want to have breakfast and a mimosa or two to celebrate! Your appointments will run on a 50 minute schedule for Bridesmaids & Mothers, and 1.5 hours for the Bride. We also complete services 1 hour prior to the time your photographer arrives/you need to begin getting dressed. Why? We've done this hundreds of times and find that our Brides always appreciate the extra time to grab a bite to eat, take photos with their parties, pack a bag for the day, and just to relax! Last minute things come up and we love to know that you won't be late! After this, you'll be all set to get into your gowns and have the best day ever!!
